Who knew that bed rails came in so many shapes and sizes? We ended up getting a cheap plastic one from Keter (in red, yellow, and blue), but if I had had the time to go shopping (it was urgent, in our case) and some free money lying around, I could’ve had a lot of fun with this.
There are some basic ones that look good, like the Regalo Sleep Tite Double Sided Drop Down Bed Rail — this one is particularly nice if you have a bed that’s not against the wall, and also comes with a carrying case, making it portable.
But the real reason for this post is to introduce you to the Tambino line of bed rails. They’re a bit too pricey for my budget, but they are just too cute not to mention.
There’re all worth checking out, but in particular there’s the Noah’s Ark bedrail which keeps your kid from falling out of bed AND provides a handy space for storing stuffed animals. And then there’s the Tambino bookshelf bed rail which provides storage space for books.
