Bumkins Bibs

After three kids and countless messy meals I have come to the conclusion time and time again that the absolute best bib in the world is that made by bumkins.  I have received many other bibs as gifts, and cute as they were, they could not stand up to the bumkins bibs.  These bibs fasten with velcro, so you’ll never accidentally snap your baby’s hair or neck fold.  What- you’ve never done that?  Yea, me neither…  They come in a variety of sizes, so your baby/child’s front is always covered.  I have found that the super bibs do a great job of covering my kids from six months on.  They have a pocket that catches virtually all spilled and dropped food.  I like to empty the pocket back onto the high chair tray when my baby is finished eating.  We call this “seconds!”  The material is waterproof, so the bibs can be washed in the sink and rung out to dry, or put straight into the washing machine.  The material is BPA, PVC, phthalates, and lead free.  What makes these bibs superb to other pocket bibs, is how soft and flexible they are.  They lay across the baby’s front and never bend, fold, or buckle.  They are also lighter and thinner, so the baby is less likely to get annoyed by them. In addition to various sizes, they come in a variety of colors and patterns.  I recently discovered that bumkins makes smocks as well, for those messy art projects.  The company is called bumkins finer baby products, and I don’t think you’ll find a finer bib!

I prefer cloth bibs. I hate having to wipe off plastic bibs. I just rather throw the cloth ones in the washing machine.

You can also throw these in the washing machine! Or if you're on the go, you can wipe them down. It's the best of both worlds. When I'm on the go, a cloth bib is only good for one use- then I have to put it in a plastic bag and take the whole mess with me. I hate that!
